Hi there! My name is Elisabeth. I’m a 30 something wife, baker, cook, whole food eater, fitness enthusiast, amateur photographer, cat lover, Jesus follower living in Half Moon Bay, California. Notsoserendipitous.com is a lifestyle blog (aka my creative outlet) where I write about food, post pictures, and anything else that strikes my fancy.

I started blogging in 2011 as a way to share what I was making in the kitchen. Like so many others before me, I quickly learned how much time and effort it takes to be a blogger, specifically a food blogger. Several start and stops later I finally came to terms that I am a failed blogger. Accepting this point of failure released me from some of my type-A perfectionism and the high expectations for a food blog. Starting from a much more realistic point, I have decided to give this another try. This time giving myself the freedom to be me.
